It was clear from our first conversation that Niki had built something truly valuable for her market, and although she's a very well established marketer in her own right, she wanted someone with a strong background in sales to help her take her new offer to market.
After some digging through the data we identified an opportunity to drastically increase Niki's prices and were able to put together a strong sales argument for her new improved offer.
Initially we set Niki a goal to reach 10 deals within her first 30 days, but being the competitive entrepreneur that she is she came back to us 5 weeks later with no less than 15 new clients closed and validation on our new pricing structure.
We are currently in the process of working with Niki and her team to further scale her offer in our Scale Agency™️ program using a combination of an advanced sales funnel, prospecting, and a team of commission based sales reps.
