Backstory

When Kevin told us about his offer it was clear that he had both the experience and the expertise to add a lot of value to his market.

However, like so many of our clients, Kevin's offer lacked clarity, both in terms of his overall messaging and his core offer.

A lot of the core elements were there, they just needed to be tweaked to better align with the markets desires.

Using our Launch™️ process we worked with Kevin to reposition and repackage his offer, build a new improved sales funnel, and trained him on our 3-Tier sales process.

The Results

Launching a new offer in December isn't the ideal scenario with Christmas coming up and prospects already setting themselves up for the new year.

However we don't like to wait around for the perfect situation so we decided to hit the market hard in December and we were able to not only validate our new offer, but ended up having a record month closing 4 new contracts.
