Backstory
Like a lot of our clients Benji came to use with a diverse marketing skillset. He was the typical generalist with decent knowledge in multiple areas but no idea where to focus his attention.
THE GAME PLAN
The first thing we needed to do was figure out where Benji was the most valuable and where he could focus his existing skillset so that we could make the biggest impact and therefore charge the most $$$.
The Results
After a little trial and error we found that Benji had a unique process for scaling established Youtube channels organically so we focused his attention on Youtubers who sell high-ticket info-products as these people had the most to gain from his services and could therefore pay him the most $$$ for his expertise.
